Business Development Director

 

Responsibilities:
·  Engage in Business Development to identify, target & close sales opportunities

·  Identify & develop revenue stream agreements and opportunities for    

   INSOLVE SOLUTIONS
·  Manage complex strategic sales cycles and international pre and post sales            

   projects
·  Identify, develop and maintain strategic alliances with major SMI companies,

   in  territory.
·  Identify and target key stakeholders within Asia SMI industry

·  Monthly forecasting and reporting with weekly monitoring of performance

   against plans

·  Create localized marketing and sales collateral for the Asia region

·  Monitor competition within the region

·  Create collateral and attend relevant regional mobile trade fairs
·  Maintain sales database such as SalesForce.

 

Requirements:
Profile
·  Driven, hard-working, self-starting business development professional will

   have 5+ years in a new account sales role, preferably selling complex software

   applications in the SMI industry. Well connected within the SMI industry, the

   individual will have a demonstrated ability to sell and manage large corporate

   accounts
·  Computer literate with strong Microsoft office skills.


Qualifications
·  BS/BA Business studies/ Marketing

Required Skills
 The successful candidate will have an impressive selection of the following skills:
 ·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexibility, initiative and the

    ability to learn on the job
 ·  Ability to identify key stakeholder in the purchasing decision process and the

    political structure
·   Ability to provide a professional service to customer base
·   Strong sales process/business engine experience
·   Self starter, ability to work on own initiative
·   Excellent organizational skills

·   Good understanding of Manufacturing/Production/Planning & Scheduling and

    related technologies including ERP, APS, CRM, CMS gained either through an

    operator or large supplier
·   Sound understanding of local markets and key motivations
·   Proven track record of success (should have made quota consistently)
·   Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
·   Ability to contribute new ideas within a well organized highly motivated sales

    team
·   Well connected in industry
·   Ability to delivery presentations and discuss business benefits with high level

    executives
·   Experience working as part of a small team

Required Experience
·   5+ years in a new account sales role, preferably selling complex software

    applications in the SMI industry

Desirable Skills & experience
·   Domain knowledge of either/or the SMI Manufacturing sector in particular

    manufacturing production, process, resource planning & scheduling,

    e-commerce; internet

 


Account/Sales/Business Development  - Exec/Manager

·   Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies and develop business
·   To follow up and monitor performance of sales/ new opportunities
·   To involve and support in tender preparation and proposal generations
·   Deliver product presentation to the customers and develop new opportunities

    with the targeted market/ customers
·   Develop new upstream proposal
·   Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with customers
·   Highly sales-oriented, aggressive and self-motivated

 

 

 

 

System Analyst

 

Requirements

·   Thorough understanding of concepts and processes in point-of-sales retail  

    delivery,  finance, distribution, manufacturing & advance planning & resource and

    management  reporting

·   Assist Project Manager in coordinating planning, task scheduling/tracking and

    reporting as well as acting as backup where required

·   Collaborate with business users and external providers to map the business

    processes/requirements to business applications/functional specifications

·   Assist in system configurations, testing and troubleshooting / following up

·   Develop and maintain user manual and other documentations

·   Provide functional training to users

·   Draw up business scenario and test plans for User Acceptance Test (UAT) and

    coordinate the users in performing UAT

·   Participate in Post Implementation Review

·   Day-to-day maintenance of business application systems and database beyond

    implementation

 

 

 

Application Consultants

 

Requirements:

·   Possesses a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.

·   Good understanding of MS Windows platforms.

·   Strong understanding in current business operation cycle

·   Must have done minimum a full-cycle implementation of direct experience in a   

    ERP consulting environment

·   Proficient with minimum of 1 years hands-on experience in giving training or   

    presentation

·   Knowledge in any Financial/Distribution/Manufacturing Software

 

 

 

 

Application Developer

 

Requirements:

·   Possesses a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.

·   Strong programming skills and RDMS (MS SQL Server & Interbase) knowledge

·   Proficient with minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in at least five of the 

    following :

   Visual Basic 6.0, COM, ADO, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, ASP  

    3.0,ASP.Net, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XML, Windows

    NT/2000/2003, MS SQL Server, MSDE and MS Access and web development.

·   Experience in Crystal Report tool is added advantage.

·   Development skills in any Financial/Distribution/Manufacturing Software  for ERP

    is an added advantage
